We fulfilled an export order for 700ml and 750ml TESORO rum bottles with strict customer requirements:

- Tight control over bottle mouth dimensions and filling capacity accuracy;
- Precisely positioned, high-quality decals (no peeling or smudging);
- Exact embossed markings on the bottle base (zero deviation);
- Flawless appearance (no cracks, bubbles, or structural defects).
Our team executed full-process strict control:
- First, we developed technical drawings for the customer’s review and confirmation;
- Then, we produced samples and finalized the design with the client;
- During mass production, we monitored every detail (material, dimensions, decal quality, embossing, etc.);
