This video shows the production process of 330ml ketchup bottle.

In the raw material preparation area, white glass is precisely blended and fed into a furnace. Inside, the raw materials, under intense heat, gradually transform into molten glass. This molten glass flows slowly through pipes into the bottle-making machine, where a series of complex mechanical movements rapidly shape it. Initially, the initial bottle form is formed. Then, through processes like air blowing and mold shaping, a sleek, rounded body and threaded neck gradually emerge, and the 330ml tomato bottle takes shape.

The newly formed bottles are then transported by conveyor belts to the next stage. Here, workers meticulously inspect the bottles for bubbles and cracks, and for regularity of the threads on the neck. Bottles that pass quality inspection proceed to the annealing furnace. The annealing furnace acts as a gentle haven, allowing the glass bottles to gradually cool and eliminate internal stresses, enhancing their strength and stability, ensuring they are resistant to breakage during subsequent use.

The annealed bottles are neatly stacked on pallets, awaiting packaging.
