I. Production: The Journey from Raw Materials to Bottle Formation The dark green Bordeaux bottle is primarily made from quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone, with chromium oxide and iron oxide added as coloring agents. After screening and mixing, the mixture is sent into a tunnel kiln at 1200℃-1580℃ for 12 hours to form pure molten glass. The molten glass is injected into molds at a weight of 350g per drop, and formed in two steps: "initial blowing + final blowing," replicating the classic high-shouldered, straight-bodied bottle shape. After molding, the bottles enter an annealing furnace, undergoing constant temperature cooling at 580℃ to eliminate stress and ensure that the compressive strength meets the standards.
II. Inspection: Triple Quality Control
Appearance Inspection: High-definition cameras identify defects such as bubbles, cracks, and color differences, and robotic arms measure dimensions, immediately rejecting those exceeding the tolerance;
Physical Inspection: Samples are subjected to compression and impact tests, and the flatness error of the bottle mouth is controlled within 0.1mm to prevent leakage;
Chemical Inspection: Testing for heavy metal leaching and acid resistance to ensure compliance with food contact safety standards.
III. Packaging: Combining Cleanliness and Protection According to customer requirements, this time we are using fumigated wooden pallets + plastic dividers + shrink film packaging. The pallets are prepared and ready for loading.
